Noa Laskin

The first pasta

"For me, in general, making something is an experience. One of the foods I love to make most is pasta. Every time I make pasta I have a flashback: Once, when I was four years old (I think) I made pasta for the first time. I stood in the kitchen with two of my older brothers and I made different shapes of pasta. It was a nice day, and ever since then, I enjoy remembering it.”


Noa is Chef Avner Laskin’s daughter, and naturally absorbed (and continues to absorb) all the good from her father’s kitchen. Noa leads the Children’s Cooking Workshop with her father.
